Welcome to Lisi Tennis Club. By booking and paying for a court, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they're short.

1. Service

You are booking exclusive use of a tennis court for the date and time you select. Each booking is for one hour, for up to four players. The price is shown in Georgian lari (₾) and includes use of the court and on-site facilities only. Booking a court for paid coaching by an external coach is not permitted — please book through our Coaching service if you would like a lesson.

2. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may give your booking reference to another player. The only exception is if the club determines that weather conditions make a court unplayable (for example heavy rain, standing water, or high winds). In that case you'll get a full refund. This decision is made solely by the club

3. Check-in & Access

When you book, your booking reference is emailed to you. Your door code is sent separately — by email and in the app — about 1 hour before your session, and works from 15 minutes before your booking time so you have time for the changing rooms. Use the code at the entrance, or show your reference to staff if present. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your slot.

4. Facilities and Equipment

On-site facilities include showers, toilets, and changing rooms. Rackets and balls are available at the club if you don't bring your own. Suitable tennis/sports shoes are required on court.

5. Safety & Liability

Tennis involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. You play at your own risk. Lisi Tennis Club is not responsible for personal injuries, lost or damaged belongings, or items left at the venue. Children must be supervised by an adult.

6. Conduct

Please respect the court, other players, and our neighbours. Leave the court tidy at the end of your session. If you borrowed rackets or balls from the club, please return them to their proper place. When you leave, please close the gate behind you. The club reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings without refund in cases of damage to property, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms.

7. Your Data

We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by Flitt) only to manage your booking and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
